The Marietta College is in the amount of $2000 per year and available for 4 years. (total of $8000 in 4 years)

The WVUP Scholarship is $500 per year and available for 4 years. (total $2000 for 4 years)

One applicant will be selected for one of the above scholarships. Both scholarships may be applied for by high school seniors from Belpre and Warren High Schools.

The student must be admissible by the criteria established by the Office of Admissions, and once admitted, the student must make satisfactory progress toward graduation to be eligible for this scholarship. The deadline will be February 16, 2011 at Belpre High School Guidance Office, and February 18, 2011 at Warren High School Guidance Office. Personal interviews will follow before March 1.

Other scholarships are available from the BACDF. The same application may be used for these also. Seven scholarships are given for the freshman year. The are usually $1000. The deadline for Belpre High School is April l5 2011.
